The AFL-CIO’s Commission on the Future of Work and Unions is turning its attention to issues affecting the federation and labor unions as it wraps up its yearlong study, an AFL-CIO official told Bloomberg Law.
The commission’s initial findings are due before the AFL-CIO’s Executive Council in February. The report was ordered by a resolution at the AFL-CIO’s 2017 national convention and the commission has gathered information throughout 2018.
