Aetna Insured Files Class Bid in Disability Subrogation Suit

A lawsuit accusing Aetna Life Insurance Co. of illegally demanding reimbursement from disability recipients who also receive personal injury recoveries should be certified as a class action covering at least 53 people, a motion filed in Pennsylvania federal court says.
