A jury must decide whether Aerotek Inc. fired an account manager because she reported a senior employee she had sex with several times for harassment or because of performance issues, including interviewing with other employers while she was supposed to be working, the Northern District of California ruled.
Katheryn Moses reported Onyeka Ossai after finding out he was also dating another Aerotek employee. Moses says she ended their relationship and later tried to clear the air during a work-related bicycle bar tour a few months later.
