Aerotek Must Pay Union ‘Salt’ Who Tried to Divert Work

Aerotek Inc. must offer a job and back pay to a union electrician who tried to steer work away from the staffing company after it failed to hire him, according to a Dec. 15 decision by the National Labor Relations Board (Aerotek, Inc., 2016 BL 418226, 365 N.L.R.B. No. 2, 12/15/16).
