ADP Scores Non-Compete Injunction Against Former Sales Rep

ADP LLC is entitled to a preliminary injunction against a former sales associate who left to work for a competitor because it will likely be able to ultimately prove he violated non-compete agreements, a federal court in New Jersey said.

Jason Olson was a top-producing sales associate at ADP, which provides software services for human resources, payroll, tax, and benefits programs. Olson had access to the company’s confidential and trade secret information.
