Activision Investors Drop Some Challenges to Microsoft Merger

Activision Blizzard Inc. investors are dropping three suits over the company’s $69 billion merger with Microsoft Corp., they told two federal courts in New York and a third in Pennsylvania.

Investors filed notices that they were voluntarily dismissing complaints against the video and computer game publisher in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Activision Blizzard shareholders voted to approve the challenged deal last week.
