Activision Faces Wrongful Death Lawsuit After Worker’s Suicide

Activision Publishing Inc. “fostered and permitted a work environment in which sexual harassment was pervasive” which was a substantial factor in causing a female employee’s suicide, her parents allege in a new California lawsuit.

Female employees “were routinely sexually harassed, belittled, disparaged and discriminated against,” and the company refused to take steps to stop it, according to the complaint filed Thursday at the California Superior Court in Los Angeles.
