Activision Blizzard Ex-Worker Accuses Company of Discrimination

A Chinese American woman who formerly worked at Activision Blizzard Inc. is alleging that she was discriminated against there based on her national origin, gender, and age.

Linda Law sued the gaming company in Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles for harassment and discrimination, in part based on criticism she said she received over her accent.
