Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group Inc. prevailed in a disability discrimination lawsuit brought by a former employee who said she was fired because of her asthma.

Christie Andrews failed to demonstrate that her asthma substantially limited her breathing because it inhibited her only in specific circumstances, and was a professional dancer and often did CrossFit workouts following her diagnosis, the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee said Thursday.
