ABM Industries Inc. won an order dismissing its former employee’s race discrimination lawsuit from federal court and compelling arbitration to resolve the dispute.
Takina Jenkins-Naudain failed to show that her arbitration agreement with ABM was unenforceable or unconscionable, the US District Court for the District of Nevada said Thursday.
Because Nevada heavily favors arbitration and the plaintiff offered no evidence that she didn’t sign the agreement, the court granted ABM’s motion to dismiss.
