Abbott Labs Ex-Analyst Denied New Race, Age, Leave Bias Trial

Abbott Laboratories defeated a new trial bid by a Black former analyst in his late 50s who claimed medical leave interference and retaliation and that his job duties were reduced because of his race and age.
