Auto Club Group won a discrimination lawsuit brought by four White employees who were fired after making “derogatory” comments about Black Lives Matter protesters on Facebook.
Dawn Boscarino, Ellen Goodnoe, Michael Russell, and Cheryl Winay didn’t offer sufficient evidence that they were terminated because of their race, or that allegedly comparable non-White employees were treated more fairly, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan ruled April 28.
