Senior living and care referral service provider A Place for Mom Inc. is entitled to a preliminary injunction against a former employee the company says brought trade secrets to its competitor, a federal court in Washington said.
A Place for Mom provides referrals to individuals for senior living and care facilities. Healthcare account executive Lisa Perkins was responsible for fostering working relationships with the company’s customers and referral sources in Texas, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers.
