A&O Shearman’s Milne Joins Simpson Thacher as Partner in London

Eleanor Milne joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its energy and infrastructure practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Milne advises on complex energy and infrastructure projects representing sponsors, lenders and government bodies on matters including shareholder arrangements, construction contracts, offtake and fuel supply agreements, joint ventures and government and equity support arrangements. She advises clients across energy and infrastructure sectors including green hydrogen, thermal, oil and gas, water, ports and road infrastructure, the firm said.

She joins from A&O Shearman.
