$4.6M Class Settlement Approved In Travelling Nurses Overtime Case

A traveling nursing company and a group of employees alleging they didn’t receive proper overtime pay got a final nod for their $4.6 million settlement from a federal judge in California Friday.

Bryon Dittman, who was a non-exempt hourly employee in Stockton, Calif., alleged Medical Solutions LLC failed to pay overtime correctly in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and California Labor Code.
