Terraform Labs’ legal team resigned in May following the collapse of UST, The Block reports, citing a person familiar with the matter and the LinkedIn pages of the three departed lawyers.

• General counsel Marc Goldich, chief corporate counsel Lawrence Florio, and chief litigation and regulatory counsel Noah Axler resigned after working for the company for less than a year
• Firm’s legal operations are now being handled by outside counsel
