Singaporean state-owned investor Temasek Holdings Pte does not directly invest in cryptocurrencies and prefers to back service providers in the space instead.

  • Temasek International chief investment officer Rohit Sipahimalani said on the sidelines of the company’s annual review in Singapore on Tuesday
  • “We don’t directly invest in crypto, but some of the funds we have invested in may have crypto exposure,” he said. “At this point we just feel more comfortable with exposure more in the picks and shovels of the entire system, the enablers rather than the currencies.”
