SEC Crypto Measure Under Review by White House, Notice Shows (1)

A crypto measure from the Securities and Exchange Commission is under review by the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.

The effort relates to the “Application of the Federal Securities Laws to Certain Types of Crypto Assets and Certain Transactions Involving Crypto Assets” and was received on Tuesday by the office, according to the posting on OIRA’s website.
