Russia Gazettes Decree Establishing Single Maximum Base for Calculating 2026 Insurance Contributions

The Russian Official Gazette Nov. 1 published Decree No. 1705, establishing the single maximum base for calculating insurance contributions for 2026. The decree includes a measure setting the measurement at 12 times the average 2026 salary multiplied by a coefficient of 2.3, not to exceed approximately 3 million Russian rubles (US$37,175) per individual on an accrual basis, from Jan. 1, 2026.
