Poland Gazettes Law Amending VAT, KSeF Acts

The Polish Official Gazette Sept. 1 published a law amending the VAT Act and the KSeF Act regarding the mandatory e-invoicing regime. The law includes measures allowing taxpayers obligated to issue structured invoices to: 1) issue paper or electronic invoices, from Feb. 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026, if their total amount of sales and tax for 2024 didn’t exceed 200 million Polish zlotys (US$54.9 million); 2) issue paper or electronic invoices, from April 1, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2026, if the total monthly amount of sales and tax doesn’t exceed 10,000 zlotys (US$2,745); and 3) issue paper or electronic ...
