The OECD is planning to release a new tool before year-end to help companies compute returns for its new transfer pricing framework, according to a senior official at the organization.
“It’s imminent,” said Achim Pross, deputy director within the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Center for Tax Policy and Administration. Pross was speaking at the sidelines of a tax conference in Mumbai on Friday, organized by the Foundation for International Taxation.
Pross said the computation tool would involve the taxpayer simply providing a few numbers and getting an answer. “It’s very simple,” he said.
