Nomura Crypto Unit to Offer High Yielding Ether ETF Alternative

On the heels of the launch of ETFs that hold the Ethereum cryptocurrency, Nomura Holdings Inc.’s digital-asset unit plans to offer a higher yielding alternative that includes a key component US issuers likely left out to help win regulatory approval.

The Ether ETFs didn’t include staking, a process where investors can earn passive income by temporarily making their tokens available to the Ethereum network to use in helping validate transactions.
