Montenegrin Court Overturns Do Kwon’s Extradition to US Ruling

A Montenegrin appellate court overturned a ruling to extradite former crypto entrepreneur Do Kwon to the US, sending the case back to a lower court.

The High Court in Podgorica must decide again on whether to send Do Kwon to the US or to South Korea, according to a statement released Tuesday. The Balkan nation’s justice minister must give final approval for any extradition.
