Malaysia Gazettes Orders Exempting Stamp Duty on Transfer of Residential Property, Immovable Property

The Malaysian Official Gazette June 9 published Order Nos. P.U. (A) 176, P.U. (A) 177, and P.U. (A) 178, exempting stamp duty on transfer of residential property, and immovable property.
