Louisiana DOR Issues Notice on Individual Income Tax Form Discontinuance

The Louisiana Department of Revenue (DOR) issued a notice that effective Jan. 1, 2025, the state has implemented a flat individual income tax rate on all taxable income. As a result, Form R-6200 – Louisiana Individual Income Tax Computation on Resident Returns, will no longer be required for tax years beginning on or after Jan. 1, 2025. [La.
