Longtime Board Member Kathryn Haun to Leave Coinbase’s Board

Longtime board member Kathryn Haun is leaving the board of directors at Coinbase Global Inc., the largest US cryptocurrency exchange.

Haun told Coinbase on Thursday that she will not seek re-election once her term expires this year. Coinbase plans to reduce the size of its board to seven from eight once Haun’s term expires, the company said in a filing on Friday.

Haun has been on Coinbase’s board for seven years, helping guide the company as it went public and dealt with the ups and downs of the crypto market. She is chair of Coinbase’s Nomination and Governance Committee, and ...
