JPMorgan’s Koukorinis to Head Trading at Crypto Firm GSR (1)

GSR, one of crypto’s oldest market makers, named former JPMorgan Chase & Co. executive Andreas Koukorinis head of trading as the company seeks to expand its liquidity operations and services offered to traditional financial firms.

Until December, London-based Koukorinis, 46, served as JPMorgan’s global head of electronic trading for credit and fixed income exchange-traded funds. He joined GSR in January. GSR’s primary office is in London, and the firm has locations elsewhere in Europe, the US and Asia.
