Grayscale Names Former Bridgewater Executive Diana Zhang COO

Digital-asset management firm Grayscale Investments named Diana Zhang as chief operating officer, effective May 6. Zhang succeeds Hugh Ross, who has served as Grayscale’s COO since 2021.

For more than a decade, Zhang held multiple executive roles at Bridgewater Associates, Ray Dalio’s asset management firm. Most recently, she was the COO of BlockTower Capital, an institutional investment firm focused on digital and traditional asset classes that merged two funds with Arca last year. Zhang also co-founded NeighborShare, a technology-driven nonprofit that facilitates charitable giving.
