The former auditor of the US arm of collapsed crypto trading platform FTX is backing away from audits of public companies, according to a securities filing released on Tuesday.
Armanino LLP resigned as auditor of space transportation company Momentus Inc. on July 19, the company disclosed Tuesday “due to Armanino’s transition away from providing financial statement audit services to public companies,” according to the filing.
