Ernst & Young UK Raises Partner Pay After Revamp Under New Boss

Ernst & Young’s UK arm boosted partner profit this year following a restructuring under its new boss.

The Big Four accountancy firm said average partner profit at its UK unit rose 9% to £787,000 ($1.05 million) for the year ended June 27, up from £723,000 in 2024, according to a statement on Monday.

Distributable profit before tax rose 4% to £679 million, from £653 million the previous year, with revenue up 2% to £3.78 billion, up from £3.7 billion in 2024.
