Crypto exchange Gemini Trust Co. picked Dublin as headquarters for its European operations, following the platform’s launch in Ireland last year.
Gemini, founded by Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, cited Dublin’s “thriving start-up scene” and its pool of talent among reasons for selecting Dublin in a press release on Thursday. Alphabet Inc.’s Google is among tech companies that have based their EU operations in Dublin.
