Crypto Asset Manager Hashdex to List First ETPs in Switzerland

Brazilian cryptocurrency-focused asset management firm Hashdex Gestora de Recursis Ltda is set to list its first crypto exchange-traded products in Switzerland after receiving approval from the SIX Swiss Exchange.

The European crypto ETP market is competitive compared with those in North America and Latin America, but issuers continue to list more products to meet investor demand. Hashdex earlier this year hired former 21Shares AG executive Laurent Kssis to lead its European expansion plans.

In a statement, Kssis said the firm’s “thematic approach” will soon be enhanced with several new products listed on various European regulated markets.
