CFTC Orders Ex-CEO of Crypto Lender Voyager to Pay $750,000 (1)

The co-founder and former head of bankrupt crypto lender Voyager Digital Ltd. must pay $750,000 to jilted Voyager customers, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission said Monday.

Stephen Ehrlich, who neither admitted to nor denied the regulator’s claims, is also banned for three years from entering into commodity trades, among other restrictions, according to a consent order filed in federal court in New York.
