California CDTFA Announces New Occupational Lead Poisoning Prevention Fee Rates for 2025

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) published a special notice announcing new Occupational Lead Poisoning Prevention Fee rates that will take effect on Jan. 1, 2025, and remain in effect through Dec. 31, 2025. The fee rates are adjusted annually to reflect changes in the cost of living based on the Consumer Price Index issued by the California Department of Industrial Relations. [Cal.
