Bolt Financial, Wyre Payments Drop Their $1.5b Merger: Axios

Bolt is no longer purchasing crypto payments company Wyre, which it agreed in April to buy for about $1.5b, Axios reports, citing a statement from the companies.

• They will continue their partnership as independent companies
• It was considered the largest non-SPAC acquisition of a crypto company when it was announced, Axios said
