Bolivia Tax Agency Posts Resolution Extending Implementation Deadline of Mandatory E-Invoicing Regime for Specified Taxpayers

The Bolivian National Tax Service Sept. 13 posted Resolution No. 102500000036, extending until March 31, 2026, the deadline for specified taxpayers to implement the mandatory e-invoicing regime. The resolution provides that: 1) taxpayers in the ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth groups may continue issuing tax documents using either the assigned e-invoicing system or their current system up until the extended deadline; and 2) from April 1, 2026, those taxpayers must issue tax documents only through the assigned e-invoicing system.
