Blockchain Firm Names Former Lehman Chief Richard Fuld Adviser

Richard Fuld, who led Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as it collapsed at the start of the financial crisis, was picked to advise a blockchain-based trading platform.

Fuld, 76, will be a strategic adviser to Oasis Pro Markets, the Darien, Connecticut-based company said in a statement Monday.

“Dick offers a wealth of knowledge and a vast network of strategic partners to Oasis Pro Markets,” Oasis Chief Executive Officer Pat LaVecchia said in the statement. “The comprehensive opportunities he will bring to the table are endless. We are thrilled to have him join us as an adviser.”
