Blockchain.com Files Confidentially for US Public Offering (1)

Blockchain.com Group Holdings Inc., one of the oldest crypto services companies, has filed confidentially with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering, joining the spate of digital asset firms seeking to go public amid one of the most turbulent periods for the sector.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range haven’t yet been determined, the Dallas-based company said Thursday in a press release about its draft registration statement, known as an S-1 form. The IPO will be subject to market and other conditions, and the completion of the SEC’s review.
