Binance.US, Founder Explore Ways to Cut His Stake: Information

Binance.US and founder and majority owner Changpeng Zhao have been studying ways to reduce his stake, The Information reports, citing two people familiar with the matter.

• Zhao has been trying to sell at least some of his stake since last summer, one of the people said
• Binance.US leaders have discussed how reducing his stake might improve the company’s standing with US regulators, the second person said
