Several directors and executives of National Beverage Corp., the maker of LaCroix sparkling water and Faygo soda, are facing a new, shareholder-led lawsuit over company disclosures and internal controls.
The beverage producer issued a “false and misleading” proxy statement this year that failed to mention “hostile work environment misconduct” by CEO Nick Caporella, or report his alleged personal use of the company jet as compensation, according to the complaint.
