Judge Denies Law Firm’s Bid to Dismiss Sexual Harassment Case

A federal judge denied Polsinelli PC’s motion to dismiss a sexual harassment lawsuit by former partner Julia Rix, ruling that her claims can proceed under a Washington DC law rather than a Missouri law.
