General counsel Rhonda Taylor’s 2025 compensation package totaled $7.6 million in the company’s fiscal year that ended Jan. 30, up from $3.1 million the previous year, according to the discount retailer’s Tuesday proxy statement.
The largest dollar increase came from Taylor’s $5.6 million in stock awards—five times the amount she received in 2024. Her performance-based compensation also increased from about $57,000 in 2024 to just over $1 million in 2025.
