Cozen O’Connor Recruits Corporate Partner Rosenzweig in Miami

Raphael Rosenzweig joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in its corporate practice group in Miami, the firm announced Monday.

Rosenzweig leads corporate transactions and advises on legal and strategic considerations of acquisition or disposition transactions. He often serves as the primary client contact, from the initial Letter of Intent to the transaction’s closing, and drafts and negotiates complex commercial contracts, including joint venture agreements, the firm said.

He joins from Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
