Comtech Barred From Russian-Regulator Talks Without Gilat (1)

A U.S. judge ordered Comtech Telecommunications Corp. to include representatives of Gilat Satellite Networks in any talks with Russian regulators about Comtech’s $532 million buyout of the Israeli company, which could be scuttled because of fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Delaware Chancery Court Judge Joseph Slights III concluded Tuesday Gilat must be part of any communications with Russian officials because the deadline for the faltering deal is approaching next month.
