Two New York men lost their suit against state and city health agencies over allegedly racially discriminatory Covid-19 treatment guidelines because they failed to show they’ll be injured by the provisions, a federal court said.
Jonathan Roberts and Charles Vavruska lacked standing to sue the New York State and New York City health departments over guidelines for treating high-risk patients with new antiviral therapies, including Paxlovid, Molnupiravir, and Sotrovimab, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York said.
