Safeway Fails to Get Covid Wrongful Death Suit Dismissed

Safeway Inc. failed to persuade a California judge to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of a man who worked in the grocery giant’s distribution center in Tracy and died of Covid during the first months of the pandemic.
