Florida College Must Face Lawsuit Over Covid Remote Learning

Nova Southeastern University must face a potential class action over its decision to temporarily switch to exclusively online classes in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, after a federal court said Florida’s attempt to retroactively shield colleges from this type of suit is unconstitutional.
