Delta Trims Covid Flight Cancellation Breach of Contract Suit

Delta Air Lines Inc. won partial dismissal of a potential class action accusing the company of breach of contract in connection with canceled flights in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, a federal court in Georgia said.

Angela Dusko alleged that Delta breached its contract of carriage by failing to issue her a refund for her canceled March 2020 flight to Mexico in a timely manner.
