Contractors hired by the Arizona Senate to perform a partisan audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County have tested positive for Covid-19, delaying a full report of their findings, Senate President Karen Fann (R) said Monday.
The Senate expected a full draft report Monday from cybersecurity company Cyber Ninjas that led the recount of nearly 2.1 million ballots and examinations of election equipment. Lawmakers will instead receive a portion of the report because Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan and two other members of the audit team are “quite sick,” Fann said in a statement.
