The Trump administration has unveiled the details of a new industry-led apprenticeship program, answering questions about the program’s funding and resolving a debate over whether to include the construction industry in the new system.
The DOL released a notice for proposed rulemaking June 24 that gives the public 60 days to comment on a regulation establishing certification requirements for the Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Program.
